1. The provider

2. The service
Designing, building, launching and maintaining websites for a monthly fee. The exact scope, deadline and price are always set out in a written agreement.
3. The demo
Building the demo is free and creates no obligation to pay. Until ordered, the demo belongs to the provider, is available at a temporary address, and is deleted after 30 days at the latest if no order follows.
4. Fees and payment
The one-off fee is due at launch and the monthly fee monthly in advance, against an invoice. The domain registration fee is paid by the client to the registrar.
5. Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid, the website's source code, content and every related account pass to the client. The domain is registered in the client's name.
6. Monthly care and cancellation
Monthly care can be cancelled in writing at any time with 30 days' notice. On cancellation we hand over the full source code and all access details.
