1. Who handles your data?
The data controller is TODO: registered business name (sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó)), registered address: TODO: registered address, tax number: TODO: tax number, e-mail: hello@mudo.hu.
2. What data we process and why
We use the name, business name, phone number, e-mail address, industry, website or listing link and message you enter in the contact form only to contact you and build the demo you asked for.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
3. How long we keep it
If no order follows, we delete your data within 12 months of your enquiry. If you order, we keep the data needed for invoicing for the period required by Hungarian accounting law (8 years).
4. Who can access it
Processors: the form service (Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox) and the hosting provider (Netlify, Inc., USA). Where data is transferred outside the EU, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
5. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@mudo.hu; we reply within 30 days.
You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu) or go to court.
